Make it a GREAT morning!

Dr. Dan´s "Blender Breakfast"
...or Anytime Meal


8 oz. pure water
8 ice cubes
2 scoops KenzenTM Perfect Start Plus powder
1/3 to 1/2 banana
1 tsp. natural almond butter
     (or natural peanut butter)
1 or 2 tbsp. flax oil
     (use 1 tbsp. per 100 pounds of body weight per day)




          If you are physically active, add:
          1 scoop IsopureTM protein (100 calories)




CALORIE COUNT:
Shake + 1 tbsp. flax oil = 313  (+ Isopure = 413)
Shake + 2 tbsp. flax oil = 423  (+ Isopure = 523)


This healthy shake can replace 1 or 2 meals per day.

It also makes a great dessert!
